Job description
- Teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate students in the Faculty of Health Sciences (Department of Chiropractic)
- Actively involved in core activities of the department such as academic administration, course development, consulting and community related projects
- Actively participating in the research focus areas of the Department, producing outputs such as journal papers
Minimum requirements
- Masters degree in Chiropractic
- At least three year’s experience in the field/s;
- Lecturing experience
- Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa
- Good written and verbal English communications skills
- Teaching skills and good interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collaborate with colleagues
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm and passion for education, research and community engagement
- Knowledge of university policies, rules and regulations
- Completion of a PhD will be a requirement if successful
