Job description

  • Respond to issues and incidents and provide day-to-day administration and support of Oracle Cloud ERP SCM & Financials.
  • Work closely with the users and stakeholders to familiarise them with the Oracle Cloud SCM and Financials capabilities and support them in the decisions and development of the solution and process design for systems functions.
  • The ability to understand both Finance and SCM business processes and requirements and translate these into system solutions, resolving any business issues is essential.
  • Analyse business processes and help users and stakeholders to transform their business processes.
  • Must have good functional knowledge and hands-on experience on Oracle Financials (R12) modules such as AR /AP /GL /FA /CM/iExpenses.
  • Knowledge on modules like iProcurement, OM, Inventory and Purchasing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand business process.
  • Good at mapping business scenarios to the standard product, identifying gaps and providing solutions and workarounds.
  • Ability to produce artifacts such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, training documents.
  • Gather and Document Business and Functional Requirements.
  • Investigate, determine and recommend solutions for Change Requests and present functional and technical options.
  • Serve on an end-to-end applications implementation, upgrade or improvement projects from assessment to production support as a functional analyst/subject matter expert.
  • Implement approved solutions including: configuration, test design, testing, implementation, user-documentation, and training.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree: IT qualification
  • Oracle Certifications in Oracle Fusion Financials and Fusion SCM
  • At least 3 years of overall Oracle Fusion ERP experience
  • 3 - 5 years Oracle EBS 12.2 supply chain or inventory management or financials experience
