Job description

Minimum requirements

  • Relevant Qualification (Diplomas and Certification) (NQF 6), with 3 to 5 years’ job-related experience,
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in higher education 

Competencies 
 
  • Language proficiency: English and any other official language,
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Computer literacy in MS Office with good organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the latest technology and developments in the field of Construction Management, Construction Health & Safety, Quantity Surveying and Project Management
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of continuous evaluation and integrated assessment

Recommendations: 
 
  • Registration with the SACQSP or SACPMP  
  • A Master’s degree in Construction; Construction Management; Quantity Surveying; Construction Project Management or a relevant or related discipline
