Job description
- Lecture at under and postgraduate level across disciplines in Business Management and Entrepreneurship
- Conduct research and regularly publish in accredited academic journals.
- Perform administrative duties as instructed by HOD or Programme Manager.
- Participate in identified community outreach projects.
Minimum requirements
- An appropriate Master's Degree (NQF 9)
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- A minimum of 2-3 years job-related experience in higher education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Good planning and organising skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good listening skills.
- Good conflict management skills.
- Self-driven and a lifelong learner.
- Previous lecturing experience in the relevant subject disciplines (Business Management and/or entrepreneurship).
- Proven ability to conduct research.
- Research experience in relevant subject disciplines.
- Teaching experience in relevant subject disciplines.
- Completed supervision at the Master’s level
- Experience in e-learning
- Affiliation with relevant professional bodies.
