The University of Johannesburg is actively recruiting for a Lecturer in the Department of Business Management.

Job description

The incumbent will be expected to:
 
  • Lecture at under and postgraduate level across disciplines in Business Management and Entrepreneurship
  • Conduct research and regularly publish in accredited academic journals.
  • Perform administrative duties as instructed by HOD or Programme Manager.
  • Participate in identified community outreach projects.

Minimum requirements

  • An appropriate Master's Degree (NQF 9)
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  • A minimum of 2-3 years job-related experience in higher education

  • Teaching experience in relevant subject disciplines.
  • Completed supervision at the Master’s level
  • Experience in e-learning
  • Affiliation with relevant professional bodies.
