Job description
- To operate the PsyCaD finances in terms of the budget, policies and procedures.
- Compile financial monthly reports
- Financial manage all PsyCaD projects and provide effective reporting
- Keep and maintain an asset register
- Print and email statement to sundry debtors
- Report Writing
- Liaise with internal and external customers
- Prepare and attend meeting
- Processing supplier payments
- Follow-up on outstanding debt
Minimum requirements
- B Tech in Business Administration.
- At least two years’ experience in the field.
- Experience working in an institution of higher learning as a financial officer will be an advantage.
- Extensive experience in working with the BHF, medical aids and medimass.
- Extensive experience in setting up, managing and co-ordinating the PsyCaD budget.
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Microsoft Office, internet and intranet
