Minimum requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- National Diploma in Business Administration or Equivalent
- Two (2) or more years’ experience as an Administrator in Technical department or IT department within a Higher Education environment or similar environment
- Two (2) or more years' previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role in a similar organisation
- Ability to handle a large variety of details and to work with all levels of organization.
- Ability to handle sensitive and extensive confidential data.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with use of e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software and use of the Internet
- SACIA AV Essentials
- 2 or more years job related experience in AV Operations and support
- IT/AV Project Administration and coordination within Higher Education or similar environment
- Computer Literacy
