- Management of ARS setups and status codes
- Late Enquiries
- New ARS report (UG PG)
- BI Reports
- Application benchmarking, redesign and maintenance (in conjunction with AdaptIT).
- Overseeing all selection processes
- Administer communication to applicants
- Management of application documents

Minimum requirements
- NQF level 7 qualification
- 4 Years' administration experience
- 3 Years' Student Administration System
- Knowledge of admission and selection business processes (including Online Programmes)
- Knowledge of University policies and processes
- Knowledge of business processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Supervisory and managerial experience
- Knowledge of financial/budget principles.
- Knowledge of University policies and processes.
- Knowledge of Faculty policies and procedures.
- Sound knowledge of the ITS System.
