Job description

The role is responsible for managing Oracle applications, such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud ERP. The role involves user account management, system configurations, security settings, and ensuring that business processes function smoothly within the Oracle environment. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Configuring and maintaining Oracle application settings.
  • Handling security configurations and access control.
  • Troubleshooting front-end issues related to Oracle applications.
  • Managing workflows and approval processes.
  • Coordinating with IT teams to support application performance.

Minimum requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric (NQF 4)
  • Three to four (3-4) years' experience in IT with strong focus on Systems Administration
  • Proven experience in User Access Management, including provisioning, de-provisioning and auditing user accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), security settings, and access control mechanisms
