Job description
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
- Lead the initiation and planning of a project
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Developing and tracking budgets
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
Minimum requirements
- A degree or any relevant qualification (NQF 7) (with two (2) or three (3) years proven working experience in project management) OR diploma (NQF 6) with relevant professional certification (with three (3) to five (5) years proven working experience in project management)
- Experience with project management software tools
- Relevant professional certification
- Self-starter with strong self-management skills
- Ability to organise and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal language and communication skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
